VND amount in Vietnamese words

Reading rules applied

Mười / mươi: 10 → mười, 20 → hai mươi.
Mốt: A units 1 after a tens digit of 2 or more reads "mốt": 21 → hai mươi mốt; 11 stays mười một.
Lăm: A units 5 after a tens digit reads "lăm": 15 → mười lăm; 105 → một trăm linh năm.
Linh / lẻ: Zero tens with non-zero units: 105 → một trăm linh năm (southern: lẻ).
Không trăm: A group after a group already read keeps its hundreds: 1,005 → một nghìn không trăm linh năm.
Tỷ: Above a billion the scale repeats: 1,000,000,000,000 → một nghìn tỷ.
