By using erpfit.com and ERPFit online services, including the ERPFit account (auth.erpfit.com), Vectorize (vectorize.erpfit.com), AiSEO (aiseo.erpfit.com) and other services on the erpfit.com domain, you agree to the terms below.
Accounts
You provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your password and API keys confidential.
Activity performed through your account or API keys is considered yours. If you suspect a key has leaked, revoke or regenerate it immediately on the account page.
Acceptable use
Do not use the services for unlawful content or purposes; do not attempt to disrupt the systems, evade limits, or interfere with their operation.
We may apply reasonable usage limits to keep the services stable for everyone.
Your content
You keep all rights to the content you submit (images, web addresses, data). You allow us to process it to the extent needed to return your results.
Generated results (for example SVG files or reports) belong to you.
Service scope
The services are provided as-is. We work to keep them stable but do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may adjust or retire features when needed.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services (if any) in the last 12 months.
Termination
You may stop using the services and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms after reasonable consideration.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
