This policy applies to erpfit.com and ERPFit online services, including the ERPFit account (auth.erpfit.com), Vectorize (vectorize.erpfit.com), AiSEO (aiseo.erpfit.com) and other services on the erpfit.com domain. We collect as little as possible and use data only to run the services.
Data we collect
Account information: name, email address, and avatar if you sign in with Google. Passwords are stored hashed — we cannot read them.
API keys: only a hash of each key is stored; the full key is shown once at creation.
Usage records: which service, which action, and when — to show you your usage and operate limits.
Content you submit for processing: for example images uploaded to Vectorize or web addresses submitted to AiSEO. This content is processed to return your results.
How we use data
To provide and operate the services, secure accounts, show usage, and improve service quality.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies
We use one sign-in session cookie, valid across erpfit.com subdomains so a single sign-in works for every service. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Third parties
Cloudflare: content delivery and anti-automation verification (Turnstile).
Google: only if you choose to sign in with Google; we receive your basic name, email and avatar.
A transactional email provider: for account-related email when needed.
Retention and deletion
Account and usage data is kept while your account is active.
You can request deletion of your account and related data by contacting [email protected]. We will process requests within a reasonable time.
Security
Connections are TLS-encrypted; passwords and API keys are hashed; system access is restricted.
Changes and contact
When this policy changes we update this page together with the effective date.
